Greening of the Planet

Going Green and Saving Planet Earth is a challenge for all of us. Although many people are still apathetic about conservation, or just are too occupied with other activities and obligations to do any research on how they might participate, I felt that I could help by doing some of that research for them. Popular issues involving alternative energy, Conservation, and climate changes can be debated and bashed around by cynics and critics, but they are important. Completely disregarding them does nothing to improve the environment today, and in the future. And it's our children, and their children who will either benefit from our actions today, or suffer from our inaction. There is a tremendous amount of information available on all of these issues, and my contribution just barely scratches the surface, but it will save serious people a lot of research time so they can get involved now. However, I have consolidated the results of my research in
a mini-directory, titled "Saving Planet Earth". It includes discussions on Alternative Energy involving Solar Energy, Hybrid Card, Wind Power, and Geothermal energy. The discussions on Conservation involve Recycling, Organic gardening, Hydrogen energy, and Composting. Among the other resources presented in the mini-directory are discussions on Global Warming, Acid rain, Compact Fluorescent lights and Energy Star ratings. Actually,there's even more, but you get the idea - there's just so much that can be done, it's nearly criminal not to do something.
